Youth (Gr. 6-12)
The Cedar Creek Youth Ministry is a great place to build lifetime friendships and experience permanent life change. Dedicated volunteers walk alongside students, enriching their lives both through the teaching of the Bible and through building relationships that will last. Students can connect with God and with each other in a variety of venues that include exciting worship, team service, small groups, and lots of fun times.
- A class for students in grades 6-8 is taught by our youth sponsors on Sunday, 9:45 a.m., in the Gym, Room G-8. This class covers a wide-range of age-appropriate biblical topics that focus on faith, morality, relationships, and life goals.
- A class for students in grades 9-12 is taught by Youth Minister Gabe Miller on Sunday, 9:45 a.m., in the Gym, Room G-9. This class explores what the Bible has to say about a wide range of topics, including faith, doctrine, current events, relationships, and morality.
During the school year, students also meet in D.E.E.P. Small Groups on Sunday and Wednesday evenings, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Youth Room. D.E.E.P. stands for Direction, Edification, Encouragement, and Prayer. D.E.E.P. Groups include teaching from Youth Minister Gabe Miller and our passionate adult sponsors, great food, and awesome organized activities.
